Questions
What happens after I submit an inquiry?
We’ll review what you’ve shared and follow up to arrange a conversation. That gives us a chance to understand your priorities, timing, budget, and the kind of planning support you need. From there, we’ll explain the recommended next steps.
Can you help with a trip I’ve already started planning?
Yes. If you’ve chosen a destination or already booked part of your trip, tell us what’s in place and where you’d like help. We’ll review the existing arrangements, discuss what we can add or coordinate, and agree on the scope of our support before moving forward.
Is there a planning fee?
Some journeys call for extensive research, customization, or group coordination. In those cases, a planning and design fee may apply. We’ll discuss any fee with you before beginning the design work, so you can decide how you’d like to proceed.
What support will I have while traveling?
Our support continues after your trip is booked and paid. We keep an eye on key travel details and help you respond when plans change, such as a canceled flight. For journeys with a day-by-day itinerary, we also send a short note each day with day's activities: timing, transportation, weather, what to wear, and any tickets or confirmations to have ready. The goal is for you to enjoy the experience without having to keep track of every detail yourself.
