Meet Cassandra

As a travel advisor, I bring a thoughtful, personal approach to planning journeys that reflect each client’s priorities and travel style. Before Reward & Renew Travel, I spent over thirty years working for the federal government. That work took me to places I never expected to see, both in the U.S. and abroad. What stayed with me wasn’t just the itinerary. It was the people, the food, the culture, and the feeling of truly being somewhere.

Over the past couple of years, conversations with family and friends showed me how often the desire to travel stalls before a trip even begins. People who have worked their whole lives finally have the time to travel, but the number of decisions leaves them unsure where to start. They want to go, but can’t tell which experience would feel right once they get there. I didn’t want them to miss out on trips they’d been looking forward to.

That’s the idea behind Reward & Renew Travel. A trip can be a reward for the life you’ve lived and an opportunity to return feeling renewed. I built this business to design journeys around who you are and what this particular trip means to you, with the guidance to make it happen.

What that looks like in practice

A couple recently came to me planning a 10th wedding anniversary trip. They'd landed on a destination in Europe, but a longer conversation surfaced something else: one of them had dreamed of London since childhood, and that dream had never come up in their own planning. We rebuilt the trip around it, along with a few specific experiences they'd always wanted, and built the rest around how they wanted the trip to feel rather than a standard sightseeing list. They told me afterward they didn't know how they'd plan a trip any other way again.

That's the difference between booking a trip and designing one. I'm listening for what you haven't said as much as what you have.
